Took the bike out for a spin today. I know that my foot didn't grow, my boots did lol. Anyways, my shifter is a chore to use. New boots size 13, and I'm getting stuck when I need to shift.
Is the mod I can do fix this problem.? I was thinking of removing the heel peg, but that would defeat the purpose of having heel toe shift.

People even ski bare foot some times and the adjuster is on the connecting rod.
To adjust it loosen both nuts and spin the rod. It has threads going both ways on both ends so it extends the rod going one way and shortens it the other way. Maybe you can find a happy medium and I don't mean the kind that can read your mind.
Nah op was Nov 11. That might help with my toe shift, but doesn't do a thing for the distance between heel and toe. I was thinking of removing the heel peg

Removing the heel peg and moving your linkage up should solve your problems. I wear a size 12 shoe and have rode a couple of bikes with heel/toe shifters and could never get my feet to fit right.
