2004 Vegas $4500

$4500. Only has 35000 miles and still riding it, naturally, every day.

I know... I'm an idiot for trying to sell but can only have one bike at a time and can't stop the itch as much as I love this one. Thinking about trying a sport/tour ride... maybe! Maybe no one will want it? :| A little fick of paint on tank(pic included) and back brake is sticking some since installed new pads.

FWIW! The only performance addition on it is the RPW 2-1 pipe and the Loydz big sucker filter system and I can tell you, it has plenty get up and go.

The pull back bars were an added OEM feature and the guy before me had them up higher and being an older fart now as I am, I pulled those so suckers down making this the most comfortable bike I ever owned along with the mustang seat with the back support.

I've been able to strap all kinds of stuff on the passenger seat and luggage rack.

I am bike riding fiend! I rode that vegas as if the last girl on earth. :eek :grin

I'll never love like that again... :crying

You guys think I'm kiddin. Coffee flows thru my veins due to my consumption disease. Riding is an overt obsession! My happiness depends on getting to ride often. I am who I am because of this. I had trouble going to sleep last night thinking about my vegas. The sound, the rides, how it cranked every time, and that engine... wow! It was very comfortable with the pull back bars and mustang seat with back support. I just may have messed up! :frown

I can tell you that if all I could afford was a scooter and there was a forums, I'd be a 57 yr old slobberin droolin fool pontificating about how great my life was/is because of a scooter.

I would love to have 2015 cross country but I know that I will never be able to get one so my attitude is to be thankful and grateful for what you got because tomorrow is never promised.

It ain't about the bike or 'scoot', man!

And if I'm here or there, who is really going to care...

I was on a kawai site before when I had a mean streak and there was a preacher forums cop there that did not like me. He believed in saving souls quietly and to woo them with his mannerisms and attitude. I instead, jumped in there just the way I am in real life and typing behind a monitor. I'm unafraid or unashamed about living and breathing and being me.

So, I ride and think and get high on just being... and then it spills over everywhere.

I've shared my dui experiences and my thoughts on many subjects here... I've been a target, picked on, laughed at, quoted, and of course this happens to us all here and IT should because we are NOT always riding but still wanting to connect with IT.

I'm a Victory man... will always be one. I believe in the products Polaris is putting out there and watching with anticipation all that they are doing. However, I am still just a big kid wanting to experience other things(bikes). :grin

Wow! I scored an excellent deal today on a 2007 Honda VTX1800.

An old guy won it in a casino raffle but barely rode it. Sold it to another guy who parked it in his garage and HE barely rode and wife wanted it gone. Going to pick it up this afternoon. Only 15K on it. Like brand spanking new... I'm a Honda guy... again but will still be a Victory guy too! I'm so happy I'm giddy! :grin

Anybody ever hear from this guy? Has he moved from Honda to Vespa?

His posts were always entertaining.
