I just received my new Scorpion EXO CT-220 3/4 helmet today. Fits my big melon head nice. I took off the cheek pieces to see where I'd mount my helmet speakers when I remove them off my other helmet. It took me an hour (no lie) to "snap" the cheek pieces back in!! :eek

They aren't the typical snap but a sliding pin mechanism. I must be doing something wrong as this can't be that difficult. I was swearing up a storm getting the cheek pieces to slide in the groove on the plastic pin. Anybody have this helmet that can tell me the secret to doing this easily?

 ...I hope it comes of your head much easier in everyday use...

I finally figured it out by accident. these slotted pins are supposed to snap out but they snap so tightly in that the cheek piece pulls off the pin before the pin pops out. Once I got the pins to unsnap into the helmet I slid them back into the cheek piece and pressed them in. Fist time I've seen this sort of removable cheek pads.

I have the same helmet and it also took alittle bit of time trying to figure out how to put the cheek pads back after installing my sena head set. Other then that I like this helmet a lot.
