No Riding Here

Well I sold my XCT and the Roadie last year and even if I still had one of them I'd not be riding any time soon.

These pics were taken a week ago .... before we got another foot of the white stuff. Then it warmed up, started raining and it's now all turning to slush.

Been a great week for riding in the Far North Dallas area but that is about to change after today. Time to get ready for today.

2016 Victory Cross Country Tour

2009 Suzuki M90 currently for sale

I just plan on doing everything twice when I start it and that way when it takes 3 times to get it right I'm only half as mad.

This is Just the list of Victory's. I have also rode and owned Honda's, Kawasaki's, Suzuki's, Harley's. Some old European bike. Can't remember the name. It was a 3 speed and I started riding on a 50cc bike that Sears sold. Some time around 1967. I have had my motorcycle license since 1969.

Rain off and on all weekend here. No riding but it was nice enough all week and supposed to be nice again next week before more rain comes in. That's fine. We get our water from the aquifers and since we are at around 2400'; we know we need any rain we get to replenish those aquifers.

Besides; all this rain makes those 6' tall weeds nice and green before they die and become an even worse eyesore.

There is a group of us riding over to a friends house warming party today. The menu is sea food. He just got back from South Carolina. So I hope it's fresh stuff he caught their. Ether way he's a pretty good cook and it will be good. This will be the first party of the year and a great day to have it.
