re-mapping problems

HI everyone, I have a 2012 highball and just installed the shotgun pipes and airbox and took it to the dealer for remapping and now the rev limiter goes off at 4100 rpm's. Dealer has no idea, suggested computer needs to "learn" and then adjust but doesn't sound right. Before remap rev limit was around 5600. Has anyone ever heard of this and any idea how to fix?

Garage
Sounds like it didn't take. It happens sometimes and the only cure is to reflash it.

The ECU will not 'learn' anything. The download is corrupt.
