A long while ago when my bike was dynoed the speedometer needle broke on my guage cluster. Not wanting to spend $300 on a guage cluster that us probably gonna break again, i busted the cluster open to fix it myself. Now, cuz the unit is sealed for a reason (lol) it got condensation in it and now is acting all funky. It needs to be replaced. Are there any good options for an aftermarket guage that is plug and play? If i go back to the factory cluster, has victory addressed this issue (speedo needle breaking) and i might decide to go to a dual cluster like the hammer s. Does my factory harness have a connection for the extra tach or do i need a pony tail? Any help would be great. Thanks
First I've heard if speedo needles breaking!
Personally I'd stick with the stock gauges in dual form like my analog speedo tach setup.
My Vegas had the wiring plug inside the headlight for tach so it plugged right on in.
So should yours I'd think.
now that's so good to read, forums are great isn't it ????
hope it works out for ya.
