I have come to your forums for some help and advice concerning a friends bike I am helping to repair. I hope you guys will take pity on a Harley guy trying to figure out the mysteries of the Victory EFI system. Thanks in advance.

What you got and what you looking to ask? Lots of knowledge on here... We have 3 out of the 4 best Vic mech's on the planet frequent us on a regular basis.
Ok so a friend asked me to take a look at his 2004 Kingpin because the fuel pump was not coming on. I got it into my shop and checked the 10 Amp fuse, and the Fuel pump relay I switched out with the headlight relay and both worked fine. So next I took off the tank and pulled the fuel pump and jumper wired it to the battery and it kicked on just fine. While I was in there I checked the fuel regulator and seals and they were fine. This led me to start shooting wires. While so working back from the pump connector I get no power to the pump at all. The four pin connector under the tank has power on the black/green wire but not the violet/yellow. both of the black ground wires shot good for continuity so I know they are good. The violet/yellow wire was traced back to the Fuel pump relay and continuity shot good through the wire. At the fuel pump relay I have power on the Orange wire and the Violet Pink has power when the starter is activated. The Gray wire on the relay did not have power regardless on Switch on or/off..engine cranking or not. In addition as I continued to trace wires I noticed that while there was power on the violet pink at the relay site, downline at the injectors there was no power on either injector violet/pink wire. Injectors are not operating at this time. As a hail mary I took the plugs out and did a ground test and there is no spark. I'm thinking the ECM is toast. Is there anything I am missing or any wire I can shoot to help narrow down the fault. Or do I tell my friend to suck it up and get a new ECM.
Some background on me, I am a professional 20 year general mechanic with a background in Heavy Equipment, Aircraft, Automobiles, and Harley Davidson Motorcycles. I have worked on a variety of vehicles and am well versed in wiring schematics. I do have the repair manual for this motorcycle and a full set of schematics available.
Ok.... There is a guy on here named Bbob. If you search him and PM him you can get a service manual from him. He's a nice guy and very knowledgable, he happens to own an 04 Kingpin.
I am sure that this question is a dumb one and that you have troubleshot past this, but in the sake of curiosity - Is the bike in neutral with the side stand down, or up? Or in gear, clutch lever pulled and side stand down, or up?
I know on my Warrior that the side stand switch has a lot to do with the fuel delivery system and whatnot.
