Removal of License plate mount.

Guys, I have an 09 Pin and I modified a factory plate mount, but not sure on how to remove the original from the bike.

I looked under the fender, and see only the 2 nut but not the others. Do I need to remove anything to access these?
Can I get some pointers.

Easy way to get to the two top ones are....
Remove fender struts
Remove seat
Unbolt fender bolts from fender support. With a friend....lift fender up to access nuts.

While your there.....move wire harness to one side and zip tie to fender support to prevent tire from rubbing harness in two.
