ive found websites like arlen ness that sell a 21in x 3.5in wheel for the hammer and kingpin. wondering if anyone has done this? its obviously going to raise the front end some, but i was thinking about raking out the front end and putting on the 21in wheel and maybe evening it out. any thoughts? any pics?

absolutely it can be done, you will definitely need spacers to center the wheel and make sure the calipers are in the proper position, don't know if anyone makes a kit , we in the victory family are in a unique position of making a lot of our changes first hand and then sharing the info.

I have hammer folks on my 07 Vegas, and my 21 in wheel went back on with no problems. also I m only running one brake.
