To post a follow up. I emailed the company and they sent me an email back saying sorry it was an oversight and they adjusted the prices of the stuff that was not reflecting the 20% off.

Now every thing that I am looking at online is 20% off.

Victory makes one part number 2878041. You must have last years book (2011) the new back is updated with the years. The air filter is on back order until 1/27/2012. Price of it would be $49.51 and shipping would be $5 to you.
