I just purchased a Victory Cross Country about 2 weeks ago and I'm looking for accessories from 3rd party vendors.

I'm especially looking for exhaust.

Nothing yet but you can bet they will be out soon.

Got my Cross Country about 3 weeks ago. Arlen Ness states that they will have an exhaust available early spring next year.

So far I found only one site that actually list the Cross Country and Cross Roads: http://www.victoryonly.com/

They have some accessories available with more to come later.

Thats all cross over products. A lot of those pieces are from Kewlmetal. They fit the 100 and 106 engines.
I have the flamed covers on Porti.

That bike is gorgeous!

I've been toying with the idea of getting a used Jackpot and doing the Kewl Metal 5 degree kit, dropping the rear and building the motor.

What's the best bang for you buck with the 100 motor to get to the magic 110/110 numbers? Can you do it without breaking the bank?

I'm thinking the S&S 106 kit with the cams and tune but is that a reliable package?

Thank you for the compliment.

I'm actually on air ride so I can raise the ass when I have a passenger and luggage.

Best bang for the buck performance wise is plain and simply without a doubt the Lloydz 106 or 104 engine kit with the high compression pistons. Forget S&S go with Lloydz. I've built 3 Lloydz engines 104, 106 and 110. They all have over 10,000 with the 110 over 25,000 and that includes strip running. Never a single problem.

Now, if you decide to go with higher compression or bigger pistons you will need your starter rebuilt.

Gee whiz, Diamond I seem to noticed pics of Porti on a few club sites now. But what the heck that is gorgeous, mean piece of motorcycle. If it was mine I'd be showing it off too! I never get tired of drooling over it. Congratulations on a work of art.

In September I ordered my Vicxc and at the same time I ordered a tall windshield. The windshield arrived; however, the box contained two left windshield brackets. Naturally their must have been a mistake, so my dealer's parts manager called, explained the problem, was told that that could not happed, but to order a new windshield. A new windshield was ordered (factory said he couldn't order just a right bracket). Well, my new windshield arrived today and guess what?, two left brackets. Again my parts manager called the factory and was told this time, "there is a problem in production that produces two left brackets instead of both right and left, but the problem should be solved within the next six months. Great service! Not!!!

Don't get discouraged. These things happen. I've seen it happen with other products too.

Ya know, maybe Polris is too involved with snow mobiles/ATVs to worry about Victory motorcycles, qualty control and customer service.
It might be a good idea for Victory to split from Polaris to concentrate on the motorcycle business. What ya think?

One thing to remember is that in the motorcycle industry, Victory is still a new commer. They have hurdles to cross and tweeks here and there.

I know that going through a dealer has always been the most effective way to get anything accomplished.

I completely understand; however, when the dealer doesn't get answers from the regional rep, or the regional rep doesn't get good information from HQ then the system breaks down.
I believe that the customer should be able to get answers to questions from someone. Customer service seems only to field complaints, not give answers to customer questions or connect the customer to someone who can answer the question when the dealer is unable. This is fundamental salesmanship and service. Again, in my humble opinion, Victory should separate from Polaris.

I don't know diamond, about using the "new commer" for any excuses anymore. They have been around 10 years now, and Polaris a hell of a long time now.

I DO agree though, on using Lloyd kits/parts. I have a Lloyd 104 in my '02 TCD, and LOVE IT. Bumped up power from 78/96 (stage I) to 106/110. Have over 10,000 miles on it. Even the gas milage improved a bit! It may have run even a bit stronger, I had a faulty fuel pump in her when Lloyd dynoed the bike in Spirit Lake.

Does anyone know if an adapter is available for the Cross Country to plug in the helmet to the sound system? That's the only advantage I see with the Ultra Classic over the Victory CC.

This place will likely have accessories for the Cross Roads and Cross Country sooner or later. Their stuff looks nice, but it's pricey.

Great intuition you have there Sir! We're deep into at this very moment.
As for pricey, yes, and I'm damn proud of it. Know why? Because I don't sell out to make a price point, or go to overseas (my parts are all proudly made in the USA), I make the best damn part I can with no skimping, and the prices fall where they may. I'll just tell you if you like my parts in pics online you will be blown away by them in person. I guarantee our parts are of the highest quality, and my chrome is the best you've ever seen. Three years plus without a return for a chrome issue makes me quite proud as almost 20% is the industry norm. Ask those who either have or have seen our goods, they're my best advertisement.
Besides our 20 different styles of billet cheese wedge replacements, 3D shift linkages and primary inserts/appliques, we're now offering 2 hot new luggage rack styles for you folks. All 6061-T6 aircraft billet aluminum components are CNCd, and all TIG welded into one rock solid unit. Here's a sneak peek in raw form of the backrest racks, with the trunk rack versions coming this week. These are at the chromer now and I'll post pics when finished. Whacha think of these so far?

Glad to see your working on some accessories for the Cross Roads and Cross Country. After chroming... If you can post pictures of these mounted to the bike, please post pictures right here on this thread. They look good!

Hey there Tech, unfortunately the best I'll personally be able to do is provide pics of the finished products as I'm a small one man shop, not a dealer with bikes around. Hell, I don't even have Vic riders around this way much since the nearest dealer is over 120 miles away. I already have many guys waiting on these so we'll have pics to post as soon as they get theirs and mount them up and they send me some or post the pics on the various forums in their reviews.

according to victory they do. I have checked with what is available for the cc. They have a Icom, XM, CB, Ipod. They offer a cordless head set and a wired head set for both the rider and passenger.
The new trunk comes with a set of speakers and LCD lights.
I will have more information on Wed. I am ordering a lot of stuff. My parts guy is off until then. They are giving a big discount because of the amount I asked for when I purchased my bike.

I will be getting the ICOM, Ipod wiring, and the Zumo 660 mounting/wiring which will alow the gps to over ride the ipod or radio

I have spent many hours researching the accessories before I purchased my cc. I wanted to make sure they are offering what I wanted. I was looking at a 2011 CVO ultra but decided on the cc instead. I believe I made the right choice

The Icom is part of the CB. I have one along with the Ipod. I also have the headgear to listen to Ipod with the helmet speakers..
