i know most of all victory owners has been fustrated as i have on some issues with victory CUSTOMER SUPORT AND OUTHER ITAMS WITH POLARIS. firt thing dont mis understand my fellings i love my vics, but for the last couple of years ive had pooblems with polaris and vic tech, parts and outher info, thank god for this form and the info we get here.
my sugestion is that maybe some of the folks that are good on writeing a patishon can get one wrote up on the needs and changes for vic to better serve there suporters. i love the changes vic is makeing but thay dont need to forget the early bikes, i here its hard to get some itams for the early tc units. a well put togeather post is done it needs to be posted on here and all outher vic forms out there, this submited to polaris.

Ron I am probably one of if not Victory's biggest cheerleader BUT Victory Corporate, customer service absolutely sucks. It is what it is.

As far as dealer techs go. Thats a hit and a miss. There are only a handful if even that many techs that can stand in the same room with KevinX. Not only for his knowledge but his personable customer service.

Another thing I want to point out. Some dealers and their Techs have a better relationship with their Victory Reps and Corporate. Plain and simple it gets things done if they think highly of you. THAT is politics. LOL

My ex business partner had a fantastic relationship with the Victory Rep when he was at a dealership. You would be surprised how quickly they responded to him and how favorable.

i agree i just would like to see victory move like you and i and a hell of a lot of outhers do to the top with a little more help and better relations with all. i have a dealer here that only care about saleing the service is open 1 or 2 days a week, & i here bad things from folks,there more intersting in saleing the campers and off name scoots. thay are killing the vics reputation around here we need someone that realy cares and wonts to move foward with sales and service.

The store i just bought my bike at is very rude. I called back to try and get my tire and they just hung up on me. So i called them back and they put some guy on the phone that just screamed at me.

I will be going somewhere else to buy my tire.

FYI you'll find MUCH better deals online.

I've got a buddy that works for Polaris - if you guys can put together a letter, I can make sure it gets in the right hands.

My Dealer in Fairbanks, Alaska is great well there parts and service is great there salesman are just liek everyothe salesman just trying to get all they can. But whenever i need anything fixed or parts they are jumping on it right away. i went to a dealer here in idaho carls cycles and they sell about 50 different bikes and they really had no idea about the victory ?s i was asking. so i really do think it is just hit or miss on what they know.
