I'm picking up a Hammer S on Saturday and can't wait to hit the open road. I would appreciate any advice or tips from all of you experienced owners out there on things to watch out for, do i need to change my riding style? any areas where i need to make sure the maintenance is kept up to date etc.
i have had the 2 into 1 stage one system fitted and some chrome accesories but will add more soon no doubt.

Only thing I can think of is getting used to the wide tire handling.

i agree with diamond, get used to the bike. try to avoid showing off, notice i said try. and always ride like you are invisible to other vehicles, cuz you are. ride safe and enjoy!!

Your going to love the bike. As far as handling goes I think the Hammer is quite easy even with a wide rear tire. The only problem I've found with the rear tire is when moving slow on pavement that has tire groove worn in by heavy trucks. Those grooves cup the rear tire, and pulls you left to right.

Enjoy the machine it's an attention getter.
