I am considering buying my first Victory (Cross Country) however I want better performing and louder pipes. I would like to do better than the marketed Stage 1, so looked at RPW. Are there any other options for the Cross Country that you can help me with.

I'd like something a "little more" than stock but not obnoxious. I would like to pass the DB meter test of 100db at 2500 rpm to remain "legal" in the state of Mass. Also, I don't want to have to go to a fuel contoller.

I have Arizona Slammers on my Cross Country and they sound great, but I think that they are only available here in Arizona. I also have the DynoJet Power Commander on my bike and the dealer dynoed it for free and it runs great.
