This is a bad description, but, I saw a custom Harley the other day with a foot control where you step down with your heel to shift up and you down shift as normal.

It just had an additional control arm that set another shifter back by your heel.

Anyone know what this is called/have it on their Victory? I really like the convenience and feel of it.

Its called a heel & Toe shifter.

The shift lever itself from the 2007 Kingpin parts catalog is 2875003. I'm pretty sure this will fit a Vegas also.
