I am shopping for a set of pullback handlebars for a 2003 Vegas and most sets are only available for '05 and newer...what are the major changes between the years?

Well i'm a very new Victory owner new as in I paid for it and havnt picked it up yet !! but from the hours and hours of research I know there is a difference in the way the risers are attached. The way I understand it they made the hole size smaller and you can use sleaves to compansate but I have no other info other than thats what I THINK I read. there wasnt any pictures or I would have gotten it hehe
