I purchased a bullet headlight off ebay that I thought would fit my 08 8 ball but the instructions say it is for 2003-2006. In the 2009 gear catalog there are both a 2003-2009 part number and a 2003-2006 part number. Does anyone know if the hedalight i bought will actually work with my bike? Gashouse... Did you have any problems with your headlight? which part number was it?

My headlight showed up at the house Monday....unfortunately I'm in Florida until tomorrow but I will post the part number when I return.

Got the light for my 8-ball and it is a black Jackpot light kit P/N 2876411-266 fits '04-'08 vegas, kingpin and hammer the chrome P/N is 2876411-156

Thanks man. I have the 2875756-266 which states for an 03-06.
I still can't figure out why there are 2 different part numbers with different model year fitments. Can you do me a favor T56dobbs, if you havent already installed your light can you measure the top portion of the light housing length wise and width wise? Thats the only thing that I can think of that may be the difference is the size.
Obviously I havent installed on my bike yet because I dont want to install it, it not fit right or something, and not be-able to send it back to the dealer.
