Softer seat on XC than on XR?

Is it my imagination, or does the XR have a firmer feeling seat cushion that the Country?

I have an XR but hope to trade up in the next few days and tempted to swap seats. I've sat and ridden the XC and it seems like the seat on the XC is mushier...........

If you go to the above link (vic online parts book). They are the same part number. Therefore no difference
