I have a 99 V92C, what is the torque specs on the spark plugs?

I am also replacing the o-rings where the oil returns into the cylinders from the oil cooler, my question is , do I need to use a high temp thread locker on the retainer screws?

Spark plug torque is always tighten until seated, and then give one quarter turn

No thread lock on the oil cooler line bolts. In fact most all of the stainless bolts going into the aluminum case do not use lock compound.
