FYI, mileage will vary greatly depending on a gazillion factors. I average 45mpg when I go on long freeway rides, with a passenger in the back. Then I go to work, solo, 4 mile ride on surface streets, and my mileage is in the very low 30s. Same bike, same rider, same gas, same everything except the road conditions.

Make sure your tire pressure is checked often, and tires are inflated properly. Ride safe!

My max mileage is 38 mpg. Wide Open faring? may be? My victory shop tells me that the '09's do not have adjustable throttle position sensors. Mid 40's would be nice. Did a throttle reset. I did install K&N filter and opened up the air box with a stage one "kit" . Stock pipes and card. Anybody else like this on an '09?
