still tryin to decide on vision or something else, rode A new ness vision on A hot day and the heat was awful coming off the engine on my legs right at the seat, is there some way to divert this away.

The Vicyory lower wind deflectors work great. Expensive but they work great. I have been riding in some 90 plus weather and you will feel some heat but is acceptable. I also found that if you do not turn them all of the way in it blows more across you leg which keeps you cooler. I also have the foot pegs which helps alot.

Thanks for the info. I had riden the vision before, but on much cooer days, the day I rode the ness it was in the high nineties, could hardly stand to keep feet on floorboards.

You were going too slow. You have to ride faster so the automatic AC turns on! :ltr:

Every one runs the lowers for cooler air and less wind buffeting. I'm not a fan of the lowers so I cut my panel and now no more heat.
I'm surprised that Vic hasn't narrowed the panel to eliminate the heat. By the way it was 103 the other day and my leg was just fine.

Visionjohnny......did you do this by trial-and-error on determining how much to take off? I am surprised that opening up this area makes a difference as it seems the air is still flowing into the rider's leg area. Almost at the 500 mile check and will have lowers installed.
