Just a lot of hard work, sacrifice, good decisions, and great mentoring. I've spent a lot of time out of town for work the last 8 years putting in 72-80hrs a week. Just this year I got a job offer that let's me be home every nite.

Here is my 29 Mach 1, I bought in 1990 and moved to Vegas in 1995, this was taken before the lake went down 120ft. The boat hasn't seen water since 2000. Gonna retire back in Ontario on Lake Erie in 2 years and will do a rebuild then

Thanks for that I thought the OL looked pretty good for a 56 year old grandmother but I hate forum bitching so stepped back from it as it is pretty pointless as soon as our british winter ends I am going to get the OL out on my Hammer for some photos (which means I will about one day to do it in) but had better keep them to myself.:)

I might not have built it my self but working 120+ hour weeks to get it makes it just a important to me. I wish I had the time to build an old hot rod. Maybe when the kids are gone and I retire. Here is an old Jeep me and my son did build. Gone now but we did have alot of fun with it.

Some of my rides over my drag boat racing career. First was my boat, bought bare hull, built the rest. Scream Dream, It only ran 8.30 @ 127 mph quarter mile. 2004 IHBA World Champion . Second, hired to drive two seasons Sunday Showdown, world record et and mph Pro Limited Jet, Champion runner up 07,08. Fifth, last boat I drove only raced once for them ran 7.90 et@ 132 mph. fourth boat kill-n-time, crashed it in 07 season opener , third, Showtime, world record BlownGasHydro et &mph 6.32@ 192.
