2009 Vision Premium. I have set the time before using the mode switch. After installing a new battery, this does not work.

Check your battery to see all is tight. Yes I know but check again. Then read your manual to refresh your brain and try again.
Is your battery fully charge.

I tried. I even disconnected the battery, and connected it tightly. The time flashes, but will not change.
