Exactly why I couldn't sell my TC when I picked up my vision!

Got some good lookin rides here!

Thats a cool ride. What are those two things? Speakers? Where are the instruments?

I got out for my first ride... Bike rode great, throttle was so much more responsive since the tune-up... Had an "electrical" smell though when it got hot although it ran just great. Could it have something to do with the new brakes, the tune-up, etc?

Yes those are speakers. I bought a 200 amp stereo setup through Motorcycle Tunes. I mounted my amp under the seat and ran an auxiliary input cable up to the handlebars so I can plug in my Ipod. I used the stock 4" speakers for a while but they weren't loud enough so I bought a pair of Polk Audio 6.5" Momos and mounted them in a pair of 7" chrome headlight housings. Mounted those to the handlebars and those suckers are loud!! Just enough room to see the speedo! thumb up

Well... so far so good around town and commuting. I will let you know in three weeks though. I am leaving Maine, going to York PA (HD Plant), then cutting over and going down DE to the Chesapeake Tunnel/Bridge system to VA Beach, then three nights in Myrtle beach, DC, NYC then home... so I will get some serious time behind the apes.

You got to love those apes. Are those 18"? I have 16" on mine. How well you like your D&D mufflers? I wish mine were a little louder.
