It's a Maier Large Round Cafe Fairing. It does relieve *some* wind off the chest, but it doesn't eliminate it like my 21" fairing with lowers did on my Vulcan. If you want that level of protection you'll need a big shield. I'm happy with both the look and the protection it does supply. I can also put a plastic bottle in the right side and it doesn't fall out. I just drove 75 miles with a bottle of Gatorade tucked in there.
Thanks! I had wanted the actual Ness fairing, but found out I'd have to replace my headlight with the 5 1/2" one, and rig up a mounting system anyhow. I figured I'd go a little less expensive and see if I liked the look before spending a ton of money.
Hey Clicker, you were the reason I started looking at fairings. The new color looks great by the way.
I went with the bullet fairing and had it painted to match the bike.

There isn't a part number for Victorys. The brackets I bought on advice from another forum and they did not fit. I modified them to fit but the brackets are no longer quick release. They are from a VTX1300C.
The advice came from guy with a 2006 Vegas so if yours is that year the brackets might fit just fine.
I had to cut the trigger release off and drill holes through the bracket, then I just used the mounting posts and bolts from the kit to secure it to the forks.
Looks good! I actually just saw one of these on a Judge. The bike was painted orange and the fairing painted to match...didn't care for it. This arrangement in black, works...
I had to heavily modify them. There is a side view of the bike in the Show off your vegas thread.
