Was not planning on changing out the headlight. Will get rid of the stock turn signals at some point. Planning on covering the forks with the Kewl Metal Fork tubes and going to bullet led turn signals on the front. Haven't decided what to do with the back yet.

Oh yeah, like that High-Ball! thumb up

Second on the look of the Ground Pounders. Lloydz TT look good too. I'm not familiar with that type of oil cooler, what are some of the benefits over the stock set up?

KMC is the only place to go for more power! :D

It is the Pro One oil cooler. Wasn't installed for benefit. Steel frame bikes have the triangular oil cooler tucked within the frame, down low. The non-steel frames have the rectangular cooler mounted in front of the frame, up high. Ground pounders are too phat to work with the stock oil cooler on the steel frames so you have to relocate the cooler. No need to relocate on the non-steel frames.

I have no clue on the specs if the Pro One is better than stock and I don't care. It adds to the unique look of the bike.

Check the Pro One site for information on performance.

To my knowledge nothing I have done would void a warranty on the engine. Performance cams or the big bore kits will void the engine warranty. Those will eventually be done to mine, but not any time soon. Need to finish the front with Kewl Metal fork tubes first.

I bought the 5 year extended warranty when I purchased. Even if I go with big bore and cams I have 5 year coverage on everything else on the bike except the engine. Not that I am worried about anything breaking.

Yes the pipes are loud, but not crazy loud. They mellow out at cruising speed and, as with most aftermarket pipes, get noisy when you get on the throttle. No complaints from the neighbors yet.

Looks great!
Windshield bag? I placed a windshield bag in the same location on the Harley 48, looks ok but yours is a much better choice. A handy place for insurance card and small stuff.
River Road is the manufacturer. Very good quality and got decent room. It is a tool bag by the label. It came with velcro straps that were run horizontal by design and just didn't work for a swing arm mount. I used a utility knife to cut slots in the hard plastic strap holders on the back and ran zip ties through horizontal so it would mount properly. Not an easy-on-easy-off application by any means but I sure trust the zip ties to keep it in place a lot more than velcro.

KEWLMWTAL. They have a high-ball section. Went with Zenolen Infernal Led Turn signals. Ordered another set for the rear after testing the fit on the front. Got some Kuryakyn mirrors on the way that have the same skeleton arm and hand design as the led's to match.

Trying to decide if I want to go with flat black KEWLMWTAL upper and lower fork tubes or the contrast cut. Decisions...

No I did not install them myself. I wanted to and save some bucks but I do not have the right tools for everything. My motorcycle jack won't fit under the bike. I have a friend with a jack that does go under, but it was too light-weight and the bike wasn't stable. When I added up the cost of getting a heavy duty low jack and the additional tools I needed I figured it was cheaper to pay someone to do it.

Bike shop charge me 1.5 hours labor. They had complications. We all thought it looked easy enough. It wasn't so; but they are on. Better by someone with the right tools than by me with the wrong ones. Would have taken me a lot more than an hour and a half.

You are the second one to tell me to get rid of the reflectors. It never even occurred to me to do that until suggested. I have no problem with the reflectors, in fact, I did the HID light upgrade because of a lack of visibility in low light conditions. If I were doing a show bike I would be on top of this in a minute.

I don't know anyone, by the way, who owns a heat gun.

For now, they stay.

Yes they are titanium. The color will never fade as it is the natural color. Here is what Scott from Conquest Customs had to say when I asked about going to black heat wrap:

Tom
The Titanium is a much better product to tell you the truth sir. The black and natural wraps are both dyed to get color as the Silica based material has no color and will always revert to white.
The Titanium is made from pulverized lava rock and not only has a higher nominal temp rating, but, will never change color. You have the better material on your pipes.........

Thank you
Scott Kietzmann
