"But we've also got to ask people - like me or Gov. You don't even listen to Romney, or common sense, the fed. gov't can't create private sector jobs, but a pro-business Pres. can create the environment where the job creators can.

What you fail to realize is that employers who hire professional types will pay anyway. Mitt said that he would like to continue to use expensive ERs to look after the health needs of the indigent rather than inexpensive primary care operations, many of which could be run by nurse practitioners.

I didn't need any brainwashing too see what 4 years of Obama got us... more than double the 'unpatriotic' (Obama's words) deficit Bush created, downgrade our credit rating twice by having no plan to reduce it, create a crazy bankruptcy for GM that gives the company to it's union, try to inplement a redistributionist healthcare system that will cost trillions more than promised and raise taxes massively, seat liberal judges out to dismantle the constitution, take credit for killing Bin Laden but decry the methods that got us the intelligence to make that possible, make political decisions that got our ambassador and other killed... etc.
Three days and he's gone.

Unemployment extensions haven't crippled this nation? The unemployment rates would be much lower without them. Why would someone take a job making $12.00/hr and have taxes taken out and have to wake in the morning and put gas in their car etc... when they can sit on their lazy liberal ass and collect $420/wk for 2 yrs. W did not pass these extensions. If the great powerful "o" really wanted to reduce joblessness he would never have allowed these extensions. But if his gov't isn't taking care of you how else would he "buy" your vote? I work for a living, and EARN everything I have and spend. I don't like my pay being taken and given to the worthless!!!!

They are over in 2013 regardless of who wins. I agree that extending them beyond 6 months probably did as much harm as good.

Where do you get that figure? I seriously doubt that that is the avg unemployment compensation for a $12/hr worker.

My point is, that if a guy made $14 or more per hr he gets max benefits in our area which is $420/wk. If he finds a job that pays $12/hr is he going to take it? HELL NO. I didn't mean to imply he originally made $12/hr. And thanks for the congrats.
