Your best argument is more state's rights. At least that is a reasonable position. It doesn't mean gov't will get any smaller, in fact it would probably grow immensely. Instead of 1 FDA we'd have 50 and they would all have to have extra people to deal with differences in various state requirements. Then multiply again by all the federal agencies that would be taken over by states.
Be that as it may, at least you don't sound like such a Fox fan boy when you talk state's rights.

This thread actually proves how bad our current President is. There is no way on God's green earth this conversation would have happened 4 years ago and how intensely our country is divided thanks to this Administration starting with the oblamer and Holder.
