On Jan. 7, 2009, two weeks before Obama took office, the Department of Justice filed a civil action accusing the two men, as well as the New Black Panther Party and its leader Malik Zulu Shabazz, of engaging in voter intimidation. Although none of the defendants responded to the complaint, the department later dropped its case against all but King Samir Shabazz, the one with the nightstick. The department asked for, and got, an injunction prohibiting Shabazz from displaying a weapon within 100 feet of a Philadelphia polling location until 2012.
Does this mean they will be back on Tuesday?

"Huckabee has repeatedly tried to paint Obama as a foreigner. In fact, he earned Fox News Lies’ “2011 Lie(s) of the Year” honors for first claiming that the president was raised in Kenya, then he claimed he was raised in Indonesia. Both statements have been proven to be false"
That's just a random 'lie' taken from saddlebag's "media matters" list of Fox lies...
So he wasn't raised in Indonesia? I guess that depends on your definition or 'raised', no wonder Obama pretends to like Clinton, they both use the same dictionary.
After two one-year extensions of his J-1 visa, Lolo (Obama's stepfather) returned to Indonesia in 1966, followed sixteen months later by his wife and stepson in 1967, with the family initially living in a Menteng Dalam neighborhood in the Tebet subdistrict of south Jakarta, then from 1970 in a wealthier neighborhood in the Menteng subdistrict of central Jakarta.[16] From ages six to ten, Obama attended local Indonesian-language schools: St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School for two years and Besuki Public School from one and half years, supplemented by English-language Calvert School home schooling by his mother.
Two days and he can go back to Chicago, or Hawaii, or Indonesia, Kenya, or wherever he wants.

I looked at that. In six years of Maddow's TV broadcast (and many more in radio prior to that) they found 4 inaccuracies. None were out and out lies.
For instance, she said on Letterman the Fox trumped up the Black Panthers story that gave Obama the election.
Politifact wasn't ever able to find someone on Fox who had said that specifically, but there was a ton of coverage over the trivial story and it's clear she was being a little cute to get a laugh from Letterman's audience.
There was also her inaccuracy that Bush didn't give NYT an interview which he apparently did and her crew apparently didn't catch before she made the statement. I'm positive that if she knew that she made a correction the following night as she's prone to do when she finds that she's made an error.
The extent of Maddow's inaccuracies over years of broadcasting doesn't merit comparison with a typical morning on Fox and Friends.

For the record, Media Matters does not belong to me.

For a period of time. He was not ever raised in Kenya though. And stating that he was "raised" in Indonesia rather than saying "he spent a few years of his childhood in Indonesia" to incense the birther wing nuts may not be a pants on fire lie, but it's typical Fox. They find a grain of sand in Obama's hair and suddenly he's been running a group of Kenyan militants through an amphibious war training before they are let loose to take our guns.
