Freedom is up and running, they are getting more bikes and accessories in. I hope Shawnee Cycle starts carrying Victory as well. I need to stop in there and inquire.

Not a Victory owner yet but am looking at purchasing two new CC's next spring. Living in Shawnee, KS. Kansas City metro area for those reading this and wondering where Shawnee is.

So you know,
I talked with Mike on Dec 21, he told me they've ordered their first 15 bikes.

That's good to hear. I was having a nice initial visit with Austin's in Blue Springs up until they stated they don't negotiate on price. That's a show stopper.

FYI I had Freedom cycle put Victory Stage 1 Level 2 exhaust and Air filter on my Vision this week - Jay Shick in parts hooked me up for less then $400, that's 300 cheaper then Austins quoted me -

service charges around 160 to install everything including the tuning which I though was very fair

Make sure and Ask for Jay and he will honor that price , but he only has a couple left and he will ship

There number is 816-761-2220

Btw for those of you that don't know Jay and all the parts guys over at Freedom strive to match and/or beat Internet pricing 95% of the time so I personally always check with them before I buy off the Internet because so far they have always hooked me up.

I have no ties to them and they don't know Me from Adam but always like to give props when I get good service

Good to hear they're making deals.

In 2009, we bought Cheryl's VTX there, they matched a lower price from Kirby's in Chanute. I hope they still match other dealers prices on bikes.

Our local Victory club is having our monthly meeting there Jan 12. I'm looking forward to seeing Vics on their showroom.

Thanks for the heads up. I've purchased 7 bikes from Freedom between 1998-2007. I stopped in at Shawnee Cycle last week and their shipment of 15 bikes is due in next week the salesman believes. It'll be interesting how quickly and to what extent Austin's begins softening up some.
