the idea of a tank that has had gas going in an oven doesn't thrill me. i have had them welded before and they packed them with dry ice first. you cant get the fumes out and they are what explodes. 250 isn't that hot but still?

When I got mine done powder coat shop told me to blow some compressed air in to the tank for couple minutes. So that's what I did.

They only bake it for 20 mins not a couple hrs. lol. you would have a crispy mess after a couple hrs.
