Thanks for the posts guys... This 5-flash issue is a recent problem. I'll hope the dealer can get it back to when it was 30 seconds of flashing... BTW, the Victory tech described that the flasher should flash for ~10 seconds before shutting off, provided you're at speeds >20mph.
Depot picker, I'll have to try your suggestion when I get my bike back. I read about the highway lane changing feature being activated with a >2 second slide of the switch, but I didn't realize the flash time varied based on how fast I flick the turn signal.
I'm still trying to prove/disprove it, but it seems to be so.

What happens if you let the bike idle on the kickstand, with the blinker on? Does it shut off? Maybe you have a faulty leaning sensor.
