If you look in the 'Site Issues, Bugs, and Concerns' section, I started a thread called 'Unable to add pictures to Gallery' where I'm not having much luck getting things working.

There's some suggestion that this problem may only happen with certain types of internet browsers. I use Internet Explorer as a browser. Would you tell me what internet browser you use please thanks?

Don't think it's the browser, but rather the add-block that's installed in the browser. I happen to use Google Chrome.

To post a picture I use a photo hosting site like imgur, flickr or photobucket. It's the best and only way to post a picture imo.

You can load an image from your computer. follow below the steps.
1 Click "Manage Attachments"
2 Click "Browse" and find the pic you want to post.
3 Click "Upload" and wait for the pic to upload.
4 Close the window and your pic will show up as a medium sized thumbnail.

If you click the 'insert image' box it won't allow a simple paste of a copied photo, it needs a url.... I too don't knwo how to post a picture, I will join the computer challenged group.

That's if you're hotlinking images hosted elsewhere.

#1 (where do you find the "Manage Attachments" link to click???) one of the page shots you posted of your page looked different from mine, maybe that's the problem.
