Turn Signal Issue

This is odd. My right turn signal flashes normally. My left signal
flashes at a rapid pace but if I turn on my high beam it flashes normal. I have Kuryakyn bullet lights but have disconnected them thinking they might be the cause but the problem still exists. Reconnected the bullets lights. Now with the left turn signal flashing rapidly it flashes normally if I turn on my high beams or my bullet lights.

Anyone have an idea? Been searching but can't find anyone with similar issues.
