Have a 2013 XC, lowered by about 2 1/2 inches and installed the HID kit from forum member, Crossroads. Love the lights, love the bike!!!
Having a problem with the headlight adjustment. Can't get it low enough and I enoy the hell out of oncoming traffic. Any suggestions on how to lower the adjustment an more?

Did you adjust as shown in the owners' manual? With the 30' check, how far off is it from the mark?

my owners book says 24ft from wall and the key word is high beam hitting the mark.
What it doesn't say is you should sit on bike to get the adjustment right.
Yes mine is lowered by 2 inches and I'm good to go.

Good point. Make sure you're sitting on the bike. Having a passenger on will further raise the aim of the headlight.

Yes, tried it at the 25 foot mark as suggested in the owner's manual. Even with out me on it, the light is still too high. Tried everything I know..... Hoping someone has a suggestion.

Is the headlight assembly installed in the correct position and free of interference from items behind it?

Maybe something jumped the thread somewhere. Try moving it to the complete opposite direction (raise the aim) and see if that yields any clues.
