Yep, plenty of spark there and the wires cannot be crossed due the length from coils. I just cannot understand how the timing would change after just being stationary for a period as its a chain drive from crank to cams and nothing has been played with I was going to pull the crank position sensor tomorrow but just on the electrical tests it checks out.

Quit spraying stuff in the cylinders quit it.
Now new spark plugs. Wet plugs will not fire and a wire brush does no good it will do harm. Buy more then one pair.
Now keep your hand off the throttle. It will not help with you pumping the throttle.
If your getting spark at the plugs and the fuel pump is working now look for something ells.
Does headlight come on when you turn key on does headlight go out when you crank motor. Battery might not have full charge.
Did you test fuel pump to see if it is pumping. With you spraying stuff in cylinder you'll never know.
Turn key on wait ten seconds shut key off now do this three more time to make sure fuel pump is primed with no air in it.
You might even want to replace all fusses and what ever relay.
Are you in neutral

Vision johnny,
Nothing has been sprayed in cyls at all apart from 2 squirts from oil can of ATF initially to provide bore lube and free up rings after sitting for so long. Plugs dry until after cranking Not pumping throttle. Headlight on and staying on whilst cranking, yes in neutral, battery voltage at 12.7. Fuel pump fine and filter new. Priming fine and fuel exiting from return line to tank when primed. All fuses and relays are good and tested.

I don't know your bike's system but you mentioned you cleaned all the connectors. Could you have swapped the connectors at the coil?

Hi Gibson, yeah really hot in the summer mate but a lot nicer place than Dubai. That is miserable riding weather. That's why the bike went into storage. Riding is like being sandblasted every time you go out. Oman at least has some coast and mountains which makes for nice riding rather than sand. The time zone is a problem when it comes to things like this as I'm going to bed when you guys are getting up.
Goat locker , are you sure you are not a new zealander? Seriously though all connections are where they should be and still sealed.

An update however, I managed to track down some Harley plugs which are the equivalent to run a test and still the same. I am starting to lean back towards the fuel side of things and maybe blocked injectors or regulator although that is quite unusual. Especially as pump and filter is brand new so fuel pressure and flow should be fine.

you've got a stumper there, any chance your injectors could be stuck open, flooding it?

Sorry for delay, work interfering with my social life again. Still no joy with it yet. Am going to have another go today and just double check everything. The new plugs made no difference at all. If I can find a fuel pressure gauge that may be the next test even though is new.
