All I have to say is awesome. CR is great to do business with and the products are amazing. I had purchased bulbs brighter than stock before from an auto parts store, but they burned out quickly. I then purchased the high/low kit for my 08 Kingpin from CR and don't regret it a bit. I live in the country and the new bulbs are amazingly bright. Low beam is perfect for most occasions, but when I do hit on the bright beam it is almost as good as driving during the day. Thanks for the great product and the great service. I have recommended to my friends that have Victory bikes.
Finally got around to installing my low beam HID kit and wow what a difference. The only thing different that I am noticing than everyone else on here is that mine fire up immediately - I am not having to wait for the fuel pump to cycle like I have read others doing and I also have a RF 300 watt amp cycling on at the same time! CrossRoads did you change up something???

The lights fire up instantly for everyone - nobody ever said they were having a cigarette break waiting for their lights to come on.
However, if the light's not fully warmed up, which takes about 5-6 seconds, as soon as you start the motor, it will shut off and not come back on. It's a good habit to wait the 5-6 seconds between the time you turn the key in the ignition and pressing the starter button. Better safe than sorry.

I'm with everyone else, the HID is a great addition to my ride.
But, I'm one of the odd ducks where my radio resets when I initally turn the high beam on. My bike is an '012 XCT so the high beam is the only addition.
I have not added any other accessories and the bike is only 6 mos old.
I have installed according to directions and made sure the HID wires are nowhere near any others.
While it's an annoyance and wish there was a solution, I'm not about to return the HID - it lights up the country roads far too well!!

Hello Crossroads, was wondering if you have an H3 conversion kit coming for the highway driving lights?
No, sir. Sorry. The light bar lights for the XR do not have enough bucket room for the ballasts, so there won't be a kit for the light bar.
