Sorry for the crummy phone pic. I did doctor it up some with I-photo, though. Looks kinda cool how the rim reflected down into the pavement.

Not a bad pic at all JM. Agree, the rim reflection is neat !

ps....Just got my Canon EOS Rebel T4i, along with a couple of lenses. I've snapped about a dozen shots so far. Practicing ya know.

The pictures are "oh my god" good so far. Lot to learn though !!

I love taking BIFs (birds in flight) Practice and a camera that shoots 10 frames a second helps!

For my brother canon shooters there is a good site for us with a good community photography on the net. Com

I shoot with 60d and normally I do bif and nature, with air and car shows in the mix. Just sold my sigma150-500 looking for a replacement

I shoot Nikon (D4 and D300S) although i used to shoot with Canon gear. I changed to get the Nikon 200-400 f4 which is a great wildlife lens.

I think the above shot was taken with a 70 to 200 f2.8 with a 2X teleconverter. I can't really handhold the 200-400 and get sharp shots its just to heavy for me.

That's why I sold the bigmos it was nearly 8lbs. Handhold shots not a problem but hiking around with it is another story

There is nothing wrong with photoshopping your pictures. You'd be amazed to see what's hiding in those shadows.

My wife and I were at Seal Rock.





The ocean was hammering all weekend and then some. We were camping it the camper and could feel the waves crashing.







We had a nice weekend sending out the old year and bring in the new one. KEN
