Default Info Please hwy 93 condition

Need info on condition of hwy 93 from Kingman to phoenix. I am towing my XTC on an open trailer and was wondering if I could make easy time on this road rather that going all the way down to quartsite. Is it pavement all the way? and is there any construction taking place? Information would be appreciated. I leave for Phoienix tomorrow am.
Thanks//// bcflyguy AKA Neil

I can't say if there is any construction but it is much quicker to go the 93 route to Phoenix from Kingman. It's a very nice road with some scenic parts as well toward the South.

Thank you BBob.
I will head south on #93. I will be down here in Casa Grande for 3 months. Will perhaps pick up some heat shields from you. I'll maybe drop you a line after I get set up and see if you are doing any riding around here this time of year.
Happy New Year

Highway 93 is fully paved, and they have widened most of it to be a 2 lane highway. However, there is enough single lane to pull your hair out. We take this route to Vegas from Phoenix and love the drive. Good luck.

hey flyguy, great road ! i travel it almost 3 or 4 days a week . one thing to watch out for is the tour buses ! an the snow birds ! oops did i really say that ? and the holidays are busy an the drivers from L.V. are way more aggrassive than they are from phx. just sayin ! and if u see a fuel tanker on the way give a wave it may be me . enjoy your trip.
