Not sure what fence you're talking about here. My statement has been pretty obvious that there is no conclusive large scale proof that having (or not having) a firearm does anything to prevent crime and protect oneself. You can find many examples on both sides of the argument. Also, pretty sure "hundreds of thousands" is likely a bit of an exaggeration. Unless you can provide something to back it up.
Oh gee Bbob hurt my feelings. He's so mean. Bob I have a picture of you in my mind. Tell me how close I am. Nice size beer belly pretty much out of shape, not many friends, missing a few teeth, favorite shirt one without sleeves. Used to be a jock in high school bullied a few kids now wrapped up in the Glory Days. I have a few more but this is how I see you. Let me know if I am close.
BTW Bob hope that was civil enough for you.
OMG!! You actually made me laugh out loud that time GD! You get an atta girlie boy for that one. Oh, and you get a A for effort but an F for being so far out from reality.

There's more, but how's that so far?
Dayum Lance! You are better at this than most. I would have left out at least a third of that but you definitely nailed the little girlie boy this time.
It's ok GD. It's all a part of this new and transparent back room Pres you love so much.
What do you mean he does everything in smoky back room's. Say it ain't so GD!
Ok. If you insist; I believe you. Yes; he is the most opaque, corrupt, and narcissistic President the USA has ever had. Good thing he had the wicked witch of the West (peloser) and the child molester (hairy) to help him ram that unaffordable health care bill through with zero republican support or votes and most of America opposed to it. But I'm sure everyone has forgotten how deviant and devious he and his cohorts in crime are by now... right! NOT!!
When you are right you are right.... not that it ever really happens but hey; I'm in a charitable mood tonight.
TOBACCO taxes are set to be repeatedly increased over the next five years, potentially raising billions of dollars in extra revenue for the commonwealth and pushing the price of a packet of cigarettes above $20.
The proposal is contained in the latest National Tobacco Strategy, which for the first time lists as its top priority the battle to "protect public health policy, including tobacco control policies, from tobacco industry interference".
I guess only millionaires will be able to afford to smoke in OZ before long...
'Under this law, more than 98 percent of Americans and 97 percent of small businesses will not see their income taxes go up,' he said.
To the contrary, the Tax Policy Center says roughly 70 percent of Americans will see their income taxes rise as a result of the deal. They won't rise as much as they would have if no deal had been reached and the fiscal cliff was triggered, but they will go up nonetheless.
So much for raising taxes on just the top 1 or 2%...
Are you obama voters who are taxpayers still happy about voting for your messiah? He wants to raise taxes again too. He thinks Americans, even middle and lower income classes have too much money and income compared to others in other countries.
Kinda reminds me of the old joke about how to keep a fool in suspense...
