Anybody have their fairing off at this moment? I need the wire colors and location for the cruise control harness from the switch to the connector in the fairing. Much thanks
Well mate, we call them XCT's contrary to what Polaris/Victory calls it and if you look at my sig line you might find a service manual close enough to your year to help you in your quest.
I have a manual. It does not cover from the switch to the harness.
How about following the cable from one end to the other? If that doesn't work, try taking a picture from inside the fairing, and one of us will point out the cruise control connector for you.
You can also put the key in ignition, and unplug the connector, then test if the cruise control went dead to make sure you got the right one. I believe this is the method I used last time I had mine opened.

Maybe some clarification is needed lol. I cut my harness and removed the plug to run my wires internally. I wrote the order and color so I could reattach the plug but I can't find that paper now. The service manual covers the color and position of the female plug from the harness but it does't cover the male plug to the switch. There are 5 wires, blue, orange, yellow, white and brown. I just need the order they go into their connector. Being its the cruise control, its not something I am willing to road test trial and error. Much thanks
