XCT sighting 12/4/12 Rt 50 near Salisbury, MD

I was on vacation last week and heading to Ocean City, MD. I was on Rt 50 going around Salisbury, MD and sighted this guy on tuesday 12/4/12.

I was in my old black Lincoln Mark VIII. As I went by he looked at me and I gave him a thumbs up. I had a Vic shirt on but I sure he couldn't see it.

I just thought it would be a small world if it was someone from here.
