More hybrids, solar panels, CFLs, recycling, alternative energy, and carbon taxes will prevent that from happening.

I'm taking a vacation out in Pismo Beach in June (first vacation in 10+ years) ... Don't know if I'm looking forward to it.. Never had much luck avoiding trouble in Californistan.. Having said that, and having read the OP... :Wish me luck ...
