I was glad to see the change conforming to other branches for us retiree's making sticker replacement less hassle now and was also glad to see that they did leave the BRC/ERC courses available to us on a standby base should we wish to take them.
I actually had the gate gaurd tell me it's no longer mandatory to wear my reflective vest coming on base at night. I thanked him for being up to speed on changes in the instruction but I will continue to use my vest after dark and on the ride home in the A.M. during rush traffic. Just seen a cager push a bike into the next lane not seeing him passing on the right and I really believe visability had alot to do with it since blue NWU's can reduce your visability even more. Of course had the cager did a PROPER lane change, it wouldnt have happend either....
Anyway, thanks for posting Goatlocker!
