Default Personal Jet Pack: I want one!

No way can I afford one but I would really like to have one. Can fly up to 3000' and 74 mph. No word on range yet. Might be dependent on battery technology at the time.
Personal jetpack device shows a promising future

My wife rarely says no. But 20 yrs ago I brought info. home on a ultra lite. No way not gonna happen period. I agree it looks awesome but I'm sure no way no . And that would be if we could afford it. Plus I have a cheap drone and I would not fly with myself anyway.

Pretty cool BBob. The most amazing thing is I didn't think AOL even existed anymore.

It's not a jet and it's not a pack. I've owned cars that were smaller than that.

Even if it could fly that far; that would be a very long and boring flight all while standing up. From LA to Hawaii; I remember those 5 hour flights at whatever speeds those commercial jets fly at.

I'd love to take this jet pack or flying platform or whatever one wants to call it and fly through the Grand Canyon or the hills around Sturgis, SD or maybe buzz the city dwellers of NYC and wave to the tourists on the Empire State Building.
