Man, that scooter rider was a REAL DICK!
The car was dodging a truck that was in the way so it looks like he had no other place to go AND the scooter could EASILY have simply "backed off" rather than acting like he had some "innate" right to his place on the street. To top it off, he commits an intentional act of vandalism which (should) land his arse in jail.

If I was the guy in the Nissan, that scooter rider's obituary would have read "scooter rider passes away from anal insertion of scooter, and doctors later found a battery operated grinder during autopsy."
