Default What's this piece called?

I saw this on a Vision, and I'm curious if it's on the Cross Country. What is it? Tip over protection?

It's called a triangular black thingy with a red circle around it!

Yes, it is the front tip-over protection. Mine is also black, but without the red circle around it.

Although on yours, the 'V' thingy sticky out will fold up before the tip over protection does it's job.
Mine is chrome
