I'm sure at one point or another every one of us has needed to hook up some accessory or another. To the battery or to an accessory wire? Switched power or always hot?
Have I found the PERFECT little device to do any option asked above. It's called.....wait for it. Wait for it......patience.....
The Fuzeblock. Simple name and straight to the point.

You can read up yourself but this little baby has 3 wires going to it. Battery feed, ground, and any 12v switched wire.
You can hook up to 6 accessories. Any or all of them can be either switched power or constant. No matter which you select, the battery feeds the connected accessory directly. Meaning that the switched wire (one of the 3 wires going TO and feeding the block) is nothing more than a trigger wire so no additional load is placed on where ever you got the wire from.
Expensive? Maybe. ~$90 with shipping. But...this thing is awesome and made very very well. Solid with a quality feel and weight.
I came across it by helping a buddy work on his BMW. He bought the bike second hand so he didn't now this Fuzeblock was even there. Come to find out, all his accessories on his bike (lights, radar detector, GPS, and heated gear) was all connected neat and tidy do this block.
Rerunning my wiring is one of my ToDo plans this winter. I'm going to rerun/connect the following to this instead of how I have it now:
1) HID headlights (VictoryHID) power wire - CONSTANT
2) Garmin GPS - SWITCHED
3) Radar Detector power - SWITCHED
4) Passenger dual USB power port - CONSTANT
5) PCV and AT power wire - SWITCHED
6) Not used yet
Finding the best spot for the Block is yet to be determined. More than likely under the center console, or maybe under the seat. Not sure yet.
Anywho, when I install it, I will try and remember to take a few pictures of how/where I installed it.
