Default New PIPES

For what it is worth, I put new pipes on my bike from a local dealer, BUY WITCHDOCTOR, which I am sure a lot of you already know. These pipes are LOUD and sound great. You can still hear the radio and talk to someone if you have a passanger. The sound bite on his site is from my bike but does not do these pipes justice. These are unreal and are cheap to buy. Just my opinion thought I would share with anyone looking for new pipe

B-Brett, Not to steal the thread BUT my 2008 Vision is pure stock. If I did mufflers like the Thrush would my MC's fuel injection system need a power commander or to be remapped?

Some say no, some say yes.............

Thanks,
Bill

I have not had to do anything to the FI no remaping no backfire nothing!!!!!
Right after I installed and Cranked it up the first time she ran a lil funny but after the idle came down she was running fine!! I feel a ton more bottom end in First and third. MPG is still about the same.
If you check on youtube there are a couple nice videos of guys that have done the mod!
If you look on Facebook there is the Victory Vision Owners there and I just posted a vid right after I had finished the Mod last weekend!

Of the two choices what did you buy? The cheap ones or the more expensive ones??

Thanks,

Default Thrush Mod

I ended up doing the Thrush mod! However i am in the process of going over to a buddys garage and we are making brackets that are very close to the stock ones to weld onto my glasspacks so they are just that much more secure! I want to bolt them down and not rely on a hose clamp! You can also go by the HD shop and get a muffler hanger bracket that is the same size as the glasspack muffler and then bolt it into place but they are crazy expensive.
So for the sound and performance so far I give it a 10
Install ease its a lil bit of a challenge 6
Looks , its covered up by a nice chrome heat shield! 10
