Default Ready to pull the Trigger

On a 8 ball vision. But was wondering if the bike is pre wired for for everything that the touring model has .I asked the salesman and he gave me a blank stare paused and said yes just want to be sure .Im just looking for the ipod adapter and cruise control. I don't know if there is a wiring harness or if it hard wires in and if it does plug in ,where can I get the wiring harness for both of them, does victory carry them.Much help would be appreciated. Thanks and have a great day

I just bought one today. But sadly I can't definitively answer, I believe in reading a few reviews the answers yes. Is there any info on the web site?

Default 8-ball is wired for everything

i have a 2011 8-ball.. i have installed the motor to power the windscreen.. i have the radio.. i have the HID light... i have the heated grips... i have the tip over protection.. i have the tour pack... i basically set the 8-Ball up like a tour... because i wanted the bike lowered and blacked out.. and didn't feel like buying a Tour and painting the whole thing... it was easier to just order the accessorised - although i will point out that Victory makes it such that adding the radio - required ordering about 20 different parts - rather than a pre-set 'radio kit' - with all the requisite parts... my dealer (Rollin' Fast in NJ) was awesome about taking the time to order all of the parts .. for all of the options i wanted to install... it can be done... but it takes time ... on the dealer's side.. to go through the options - and figure out all of the screws, adaptors, and mounts necessary for each option... call Greg at Rollin' Fast if you want it done... my bike is awesome.. although i have to be honest - it hurts a little to see the 8-ball disappear - and the Tour come down in price... i could have gotten the same bike - mechanically ...with additional features.. for less money.... but it would have been a way bigger hassle... just my 2 cents... good luck...

I just picked up one last Sunday. I love just putting around. The bike is great. I'm coming of a 1098, I sort of miss it but I really like this slower pace. Going 100 mph everywhere was getting old. No, I do miss the bike.
Anyway I just re read a review I read earlier, they do come pre wired.

well I am an owner of the 2011 8 ball vision and I have a love hate relationship with it so far. It started with having passenger floor boards and roll over protection on it.It took over three months just for the dealer to get the parts then they did not have the right parts. they decided to cut the exhaust pipes covers to make the roll over protection boards to fit well you should see that mess. then the passengers floor board on the right side fell off on highway. I called victory direct they blew me off saying they have to believe the dealer. Its about money they got my money. well now the horn does not work and a coupling fell out from underneth my gastank plastics. I am not going back to the dealers to get it looked at they suck. need to find a new one how far is rollin fast from philly Pa.

Default rollin fast is in lebanon, nj

exit 20 off of route 78... it is worth the ride.. probably an hour from philly... i have had bikes for 20 years.. and there are certain people who understand certain products... i used to drive 200 miles to have custom fab work done on my sidecar setup... and i drive 75 miles to have my race bike suspension worked on... i drive 50 miles for my dirt bike... and 50 miles for the Victory... bottom line - when you find someone who understands the product... it has been my experience.. it is easier to drive once - a little further - and get it done right... call Greg ... he will get it done right... and you are illustrating my point about Victory in my original post - they make it difficult to add accessories.. as they leave it to the dealer to know which 10 parts have to be ordered to add floor boards - or tip over protection... as opposed to order the 'tip over package' ... already set up from Victory with the 10 parts you need... that is how every accessory on Victory works... my original purchase order for my bike is 4 pages long... with about 200 parts ... what a retarded system

thanks need to find a dependable dealer I realy like the bike just the crap that comes with the dealers here. phila. Cycle center suck. and bromley ain't much better. I too think it sucks they stopped the line it is a great bike and you get to build it your way. Hope they do not stop the vision line all together next year. It is one of the reasons I went with victory there ain't nothing out there that has its looks and comfort all the rest are Harley look alikes. Getting bored with Harleys.
